Kandy, the second largest city in Sri Lanka. In the centre is the Railway station and in the far distance Kandy lake with the forest called Udawattakelle covering the hill behind the Temple of the Tooth. Running parallel to the railway lines is the old Kandy-Peradeniya Road.
