I think I have lost a tiny bit of weight since then! Thank-you for sending me the picture of my post-colonial self on the veranda of the Tissa Wewa Rest House.
Here in revenge are pictures of your good self.
These were all taken in 2008 when we were working on the Bawa Gardens Book.
When I look at that book now it seems pretty good. It was on sale at the conference that I attended in Goa recently and I must have signed about 20 copies. And yet we haven't had a single penny in royalties - it seems that we're still paying off the advance!
